Good to Know

• Normally pick up from hotels in Miami Beach on Collins Avenue (from 45 to 1 street) and Downtown at Holiday Inn Port of Miami. If possible and as a courtesy, from other hotels and areas. A supplement charge may be asked. Please inquire with us for details about pick up locations and the possibility of pick up from other areas
• Wait for the transportation outside the Hotel , by the entrance
• We normally have one departure per day in general between 7:20-8:00 am. Sometime different time or afternoon
• Pick up time cannot be chosen. Supplier determines the pick up time normally the day before. Contact the supplier for the exact pick up time and location
• 24-hour cancellation or date change policy, no matter the reason. No-shows are treated as cancellations
